Removed Lightning Strike and 1 Ephemeral Shields from sideboard. Added 2 Pithing Needle and 2 Gods Willing.

Removed 1 Striking Sliver , 1 Venom Sliver, and 1 Returned to the Ranks to put 3 Banishing Light in the Mainboard.Added Ephemeral Shields to Sideboard.
You should also try putting in Nykthos, shrine to Nyx and replacing Zhur-Taa Druid with Voyaging Satyr, that way, if you have enough devotion, then you can activate nyxthos, untap with Voyaging Satyr, use 2 of the mana produced with Nykthos to activate it again, then case any of your "X" CC Hydras (Like Savageborn and Mistcutter) for a huge creature (I don't know how many times I've seen this used to great effect).Also, have you thought about putting in Polukranos?
You can also try adding Ghor-Clan Rampagers in there. Great as a creature (4/4 for 2RG with Trample) but it's greatest strength is it's Bloodrush Ability: For RG, Target Attacking Creature get's +4/+4 and Trample until end of turn. Great in a tough spot, and when you need to get some damage through too!
For some reason, I really like the Phoenix (I think it's gonna be a sleeper hit), but after thinking about it, SB Dragon would do better in this deck. Making changes now!
Changed sideboard to include Destructive Revelry and Burning Earth, and changed a few cards in the mainboard to include Polukranos, and Nylea's Bow.
Changed Savage Summoning to sideboard, then put in for a full playset of Boon Saytr and Experiment One.
Put in Firefist Strikers, and also added 2 Mutavaults to help with aggro.
